Some says that you can have problems with kidneys using too much protein. Well that is true, using lots of protein will put extra load on your kidneys. So you should know how much protein you should intake per day! Some says that this is 3g per 1kg, I say that this is wrong – enough is 1.5-2 grams per kilo of bodymass. If you have low BF you should intake more protein, since muscles are build from protein and fat are not! And the protein sources are important too, you shouldn’t use only protein shakes to get protein and you shouldn’t use only chicken or fish! Why? This is because of the GI (Glicemic Index) of each particular product. The highest GI is for whey protein (such as whey gold 100%). GI means how fast the food is absorbed in your body, highest GI means faster). You should eat “faster” products on morning and slower before bedtime, to make sure that your body won’t starve during your so wanted sleep.
